Evans and Evans is the result of years of preparation and dedication by Brad and Bryce Evans, to Wildlife Management and the practical application of that management through the sport of hunting. Compiled from over 11,000 acres of flooded crops and bottom land with standing timber, scattered around West Central Missouri, Evans and Evans is perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the "Funnel" of waterfowl on their annual migration through the Mississippi Flyway. There is not a privately held piece of property in the United States that has as many acres of managed water control structures in the heart of historic waterfowl hunting.
As hundreds of thousands of traveling waterfowl head south every year, Evans and Evans is considered the: "Bermuda Triangle of Waterfowl"
By being Bordered by Missouri's Grand Pass WMA, Swan Lake Federal Wildlife Refuge and Fountain Grove WMA, Evans and Evans offers the Sportsman the opportunity to see some of the area's highest concentrations of waterfowl as they winter during their annual migration. These three nationally recognized wildlife refuges have developed a reputation for "Holding" birds in the region. But open water isn't the only thing these birds like about the area. Over the years, As Evans and Evans has developed their wildlife management practices, they have provided these traveling birds with high protein food plots and professionally managed wetlands allowing them the opportunity to stay in the area longer which allows both the seasoned as well as the rookie sportsman an opportunity to enjoy Mother Nature's bounty.
And ThatŐs Just the Waterfowl!
Visitors at Evans and Evans, while experiencing some of this country's finest waterfowl hunting locations, can also enjoy a large and meticulously managed Whitetail Deer population.
