There is not a privately held piece of property in the United States that has as many acres of managed water control structures in the heart of historic waterfowl hunting.

By being Bordered by Missouri's Grand Pass WMA, Swan Lake Federal Wildlife Refuge and Fountain Grove WMA, Evans and Evans offers the Sportsman the opportunity to see some of the area's highest concentrations of waterfowl as they winter during their annual migration. These three nationally recognized wildlife refuges have developed a reputation for "Holding" birds in the region. But open water isn't the only thing these birds like about the area.
